Pawel Mikutowicz
With 20+ years in executive roles, Pawel Mikutowicz has driven growth and innovation in mortgage banking, payments, and fintech. He excels in market expansion, sales strategy, and building high-performance teams.
His expertise spans product development, customer acquisition, and process optimization, leveraging technology for superior outcomes. Known for his strategic vision and customer-centric approach, he thrives in dynamic environments.
Pawel holds an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota and stays ahead of industry trends to ensure lasting success.
Petr Rasocha
After graduating from McMaster University in Canada, Petr's professional growth and experience have been tested and strengthened over many years through managerial roles in significant global companies such as GE Capital, Citigroup, IBM, and the globally recognized media conglomerate Bertelsmann AG. Throughout his career, he has worked not only in the Czech Republic but also in many other European countries, including Germany, Finland, the Netherlands, Ukraine, and Serbia.
His professional career includes positions of CEO, Chairman, or Board member in several banks, as well as a leading position in the largest publishing house in the Czech Republic. In the past, he was also named a Partner for the EMEA region for the IBM Global Consumer Services division. His proven skills, hands-on approach, and a healthy dose of common sense contributed to creating development-focused strategies that promoted financial prosperity and also the positive social impact of these companies' activities in relevant markets.
